Anthology is a hoppy series inspired by our beloved flowers ! Hops ! We select prime hop varieties across the world to present you their unique characteristics in terms of flavors and aromas through plethoric doses of 20 grams / litre. The 1st beer of the series is a single variety IPA with Kohatu New Zeland hops - meaning stone or rock in Maori.
